Snow and Cold

You would think that with the snow and cold of winter things would slow down on the farm. The reality of it is that livestock chores get more difficult. We are feeding over a thousand pounds of hay a day. With the snow we got last night it is going to be a fun day of chores in the COLD. HA! HA!

We are pretty much caught up on all of our beef orders for the year. We have just a few late orders to get filled. These are most likely the last orders we are going to take for 2010.

Reminder : we will be in Ann Arbor at the Lunasa farmers market on Tuesday, Dec. 14th.

See you soon.

Here Comes Winter!

Wow,  I can't believe winter is here. I'm looking at our first snow this morning. We will continue with meat sales through the winter with our next Farmer's Market on December 11th at the Eastern Market in Detroit, We will have beef, pork and chicken. Following that on December 14th, we will be at Lunasa in Ann Arbor. We want to thank our customers for their continued support. We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and look forward to seeing you at the Farmer's Markets soon.
