Dan and the first share bag of the season.

Filled with greens, asparagus, cucumbers, green onions, potatoes and a quart of strawberries, the first week of the vegetable share is a welcome taste of spring.

Green Pastures.

It's an overcast day here today and a bit humid. We have had regular rain and the pastures are lush. The cattle are out grazing as nature intended. When we say grass-fed beef, this is what we are referring to. Cows roaming lush green pasture eating grass to their hearts content.

Warm Fuzzies.


The spring open house at the farm is sure to have recent hatchlings that the kids adore. I was thinking this little duckling should be named "Cuddles", as this farm visitor was enamored with it and it seemed to enjoy every bit of the attention.
