Hello Eastern Market Friends. The Hiday Farm will be back to the Market on Saturday, March 27th. As usual we will have a full supply of our pasture raised/grass fed beef with us. We will also have some pig-aerator pork on hand.( pork used to help work up the manure compost in the barn). We have a batch of chickens started and hope to have them ready for market in May. If you want a Turkey for thanksgiving, Now is the time to place your order.
