Farmers Market Updates

We find ourselves in a bind for product for the next couple of weeks. This spring we committed to two other markets on a part time basis. They are summer only markets and start this week. We do not have enough product to do three farmers markets at this time. To go to a new market and not have any of the Hiday Farm beef we think would be a huge mistake, so we will not be at the Eastern Market again this weekend. May 29th. We are going to split up what little beef we do have to take to the two new markets. It won't be much but hopefully enough for a start.

Thursday, May 27th at 4:00 pm we will be at the Northwest Detroit Farmers Market. Located at 15000 Southfield road. In the Bushnell Congregational Church Parking Lot.

Saturday, May 29th from 7:00am to 12:00pm we will be at the Texas Twp." Fresh on Q" farmers market in Kalamazoo. This is located on Q ave. in the Texas Twp. buildings parking lot.

We have taken in a beef for processing that will be ready the first week in June. We will also have a 100 chickens and 2 pigs ready to go. This should put us back on track for a while.
